Yesterday, we had the pleasure of taking part in a high-level plenary session focused on the concept of the Scientific Center and, in particular, the plans for the new building project. Among our distinguished guests were Dr. Silke Launert, Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space; Robert Brannekämper, Deputy Chair of the Committee on Science and the Arts and Chair of the Bavarian State Heritage Council; Josef Zellmeier, Chair of the Committee on State Budget and Financial Affairs; and Prof. Mathias Pfeil, Director General of the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments.

Together with Tobias Reiß, the architectural team of Brückner & Brückner, Elisabeth Fichtner, Managing Director of IBKS, Mayor Albert Nickl, District Administrator Andreas Meier, and the community of Speinshart Monastery, we explored exciting perspectives on the future of the Hightech Abbey.

We would like to express our sincere thanks for the opportunity to present the concept of the SSC and to jointly look ahead toward this unique vision.
